DMX Analyser

The DMX Analyser is able to analyze the parameters of DMX signal. It can be analyze analogue and also digital parameters. Besides we can check DMX cables, and can be possible to record DMX signals to pendrive or to any kind of USB mass storage device, and can be play back.

Appearance

In alu flight case assembled. It can be close and easy to transfer. There is a section inside the case for take any accessories next to the product. For example: 3-5pin converter, Pen drives, Winchester, Power supply, and so on.

DMX Receive

It can check the incoming DMX signal in this menu. First the analog parameters will be checked then the digital ones. The measured parameters can be saving to USB data storage to txt file. It is also possible to save the actual display screen to save in bmp format.

Changeable parameters

• Refresh time: 1Hz – 44Hz, or only one packet after pushing a button.
• Break length: 80us – 500ms
• MAB length: 4us – 500us
• Start code: 0 – 255
• Number of data bytes: 24-512
• Value of data bytes: 0-255
• Distance between data bytes: 0-500ms

Cable test

DMX cables can be test. It checks all five pins if broken or short circuit

USB Data storage

There is a USB host socket on the housing of DMX tester. You can connect any kind of mass storage device. It can be Pen drive, Winchester, and so on. It can handle FAT16 and FAT32 format, so the maximal file size is 2 GB.

The product can save DMX data to data storage and can play it back. It saves all bytes of every DMX packet!! If the DMX line has 44Hz and 512 byte in every packet, then also saves all data!! Most of DMX recorder can save only some packet. This product saves all!!

This data counted with 44Hz refresh rate and 512 byte pro package. If the refresh rate lower and/or data per package less, then this recording time can be more!
